Kate Lowe is an experienced Business Head with over 20 years’ experience in the financial services industry. She joined State Street in July 2018 and is currently Head of GlobalLink FX (FX Connect, TradeNeXus and Currenex).

She has also held numerous leadership roles at Standard Chartered Bank, BNP Paribas, JPMorgan and Morgan Stanley within the Prime Services & Clearing, Fixed Income and Equities businesses. She most recently ran the FX Prime Brokerage business at Standard Chartered prior to joining State Street and has spent a significant portion of her career in FX. She has extensive experience in collaborating with clients to develop strategic solutions at the forefront of the industry.

She was born and raised in South Africa and qualified as a Barrister with the Durban Bar prior to immigrating to the United Kingdom in 1998.

She is very passionate about diversity and also dedicates significant time to growing and developing talent at State Street.

As Managing Director and Global Head of FX Trading Products within GlobalLink and Global Head of Regulatory Reporting, Jamie is responsible for overall product strategy and execution along with global regulatory reporting.

Jamie has more than 20 years of experience in the financial markets industry with a significant focus on the full stack of trading systems. She has deep expertise leading product management teams and strategies and driving innovations within buy and sell side high volume trading applications in the FX markets. Prior to joining State Street, Jamie held strategic positions at The Boston Company Asset Management, where she focused on managing technology vendors across the trading lifecycle. She has also worked for Eze Castle Software, a leading multi-asset class technology provider, where she helped various hedge funds and asset managers automate their trading and investment process.

Jamie has a bachelor’s degree in economics from Bates College.

Cathrine Poulton is a Managing Director and the Global Buyside Head of GlobalLink FX Product Sales. She is responsible for existing buy side client management across the award winning GlobalLink FX platforms including FX Connect, Currenex and TradeNeXus. She joined the State Street GlobalLink business in 2022.

Previously she was Head of Client Management for Securities Finance in EMEA. Responsible for existing customer management across Securities Finance including Enhanced Custody and Agency Lending. Clients included asset owners, official institutions, asset managers, insurance and hedge funds.

Ms. Poulton joined State Street Securities Finance as a Relationship Manager in 2014. Prior to joining State Street, she held a variety of front office and finance positions across multiple businesses at J.P. Morgan.

Cathrine graduated from The University of Bournemouth and holds a Bache lor of Arts degree in Financial Services.

Brian Kelly has served as the Global Head of Product Management for Currenex since early 2018. He joined State Street in 2006, working in the SSGM Strategy and Business Development Group.

Following State Street’s acquisition of Currenex in 2007, Brian was offered the opportunity to come to New York and work on the build out of a new Fixed Income Trading Platform, GovEx. Prior to assuming the role of Global Head of Currenex Product Management, Brian focused primarily on internal and strategic partnership opportunities involving the expansion of Currenex technology into other asset classes.

Brian is a graduate of the Boston College Carroll School of Management with a Bachelor of Science degree, and a double major in Finance and Economics. He also earned an MBA from the Boston College Carroll School of Management, with a concentration in Finance. In 2009 Brian attained the Chartered Financial Analyst designation. He served as the State Street representative to the Board of Directors for Eris Exchange LLC between 2016 and 2018.

Terri Knapp is a Managing Director and the Global Sell Side Head of GlobalLink FX Product Sales. She is responsible for existing sell side client management across the GlobalLink FX platforms including FX Connect, Currenex and TradeNeXus.

She joined the State Street GlobalLink business in 2010 focusing on sales and relationship management of strategic accounts within the division. Prior to joining State Street, Ms. Knapp was responsible for foreign exchange trading at Fidelity Management and Research Company. In addition, she held roles in Fidelity’s international trading operations division.

She possesses a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Finance from the University of Connecticut as well as a Masters of Business Administration from Northeastern University.

Patrick is Global Head of Integration for GLFX, the suite of market-leading e-trading platforms, technology, data and work flow solutions from State Street, including FX Connect, Currenex and Trade Nexus.

Patrick has worked for many years for FX Connect, in integration and partnership roles. Prior to this, he worked in the energy industry implementing digital solutions for pricing models.

Patrick holds a masters in computer science from Imperial College London.

Kevin Conn is Managing Director and Global Head of Operations for the GlobalLink team with State Street Global Markets. In this role, Kevin is responsible for the trading operations and client support for State Street’s industry leading electronic trading platforms including FX Connect, Currenex, TradeNeXus and Fund Connect.

Kevin has over 20 years of experience in the financial markets industry with a focus on supporting Institutional clients and their use of trading platforms.. Kevin joined State Street in 2012 from Dreyfus, a New York-based mutual fund corporation, where he was Vice President of Operations and Client Service. In this role, he was responsible for a team that supported all of the operational needs of the firms Institutional Clients. Kevin holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Management from the State University of NY, Geneseo. Kevin holds FINRA Series 6, 7, 24, 63, and 99 licenses.

Fraser Hawkes is managing director and head of growth for the suite of FX Connect, Currenex and TradeNeXus products, where he is responsible for business development, innovation and strategy.

Fraser has more than 15 years of experience in the financial markets industry spanning both tier one financial institutions and boutique consultancy. Fraser has a passion for technological innovation, has worked across multiple asset classes and is focussed on bringing best of breed technology solutions to the market. Having started his career in FX Prime Brokerage, he has held positions such as COO for listed execution and clearing and most recently worked in product development.

He possesses a bachelor’s degree in industrial economics from Nottingham University.

Lydia Solinski joined State Street Digital’s GlobalLink FX London team in 2022 as MD, Global Head of Data, Liquidity Management and Business Intelligence.

Lydia brings a wealth of experience from her previous roles in FX Liquidity Management at 360T, TradAir, Integral and Citibank and works with our FX product teams to build out our data and analytics services to help our clients make more informed trading decisions, achieve better outcomes and provide transparency across the trade lifecycle.

Meghana Jakka is the Global Head of Software Quality Assurance (QA) at Currenex where she is responsible for driving QA practices and ensuring compliance to regulatory requirements and product specifications to maintain good product standing and performance.

Meghana has worked at Currenex for over 20 years. Her tenure with the business provided her with a wealth of knowledge and expertise in financial technology.

Meghana holds a Master of Science degree from Pune University, India.
